Delivery

Free delivery on all orders of £75 or more .
All orders less than £75.00 have a delivery charge of £5.95.

At present, deliveries can only be made to UK mainland addresses. (This does not include the Highlands and Islands of Scotland).
However, you are welcome to give us a call to see how we can help.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery (this excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Orders are dispatched by courier, and sometimes by Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for late delivery.

Returns

Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns of food and other perishable items.

However, if you have received faulty goods, please send us an email at the address below and include a photo of the faulty item(s). We may be able to resolve the issue without needing to return the item.

We must be notified of any faulty items ideally within 24 hours of receipt of items but not exceeding 14 days.
