Fresh Fig Preserve Extra Jam

Small green honey-sweet figs are cooked traditionally in small batches. Bursting with figginess this preserve can be added to porridge, milk puddings, cereals, smoothies, yoghurt and pairs well with cheeses - try halloumi.
